Mind has signed a new agreement with the major university in Uzbekistan

In the scope of its educational program Mind has signed a new agreement with the major university in Uzbekistan. MindCAD 2D and MindCAD 3D as well as Mind ShoeDesign will be used to teach the use of software CAD/CAM tools in the design and production of footwear.

The Tashkent Institute of Textile and Light Industry (TITLI) has been founded in 1932 and plans it´s action on three main axis: Higher Education, Research and Industrial Services. It currently has more than 3.000 students and more than 300 professors and teachers on its four Faculties. TITLI participates currently participates in more than 50 local research projects and 5 international projects. 

This agreement has been achieved through the outstanding work of our exclusive distributor in Russia and other neighbor nations. Alexey Dombrov from Oktoprint said to us referring to this agreement: “Many large and small shoe and leather industries are concentrated in Uzbekistan. This region is very rich in experienced craftsmen. Recently, we observe active development of this sector of economy in Uzbekistan. New modern productions are appearing and there is a growing interest in new principles and technologies. We are very glad to support and contribute to training of modern professional fashion designers in Uzbekistan. A little time will pass and the desert will be covered with flowers.”.
